What You’ll Do

• Lead Sales & Client Experience – Create a smooth, informed, and engaging experience for every client.
• Key Relationships – Work with real estate agents, developers, and high-end buyers to drive new projects.
• Strategize & Sell – Develop and execute sales strategies to attract custom home buyers.
• Manage the Process – Oversee the sales cycle from land acquisition to home completion.

• Proven Sales Leader – Experience in custom home sales, no real estate license required.
• Industry Expert – Strong knowledge of the Kansas City custom home market.
