About

The Role

Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers within an assigned region. The role focuses on consulting sales of RTS fuel card solutions to transportation companies, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

What You’ll Do
  • Source and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable agreements.
  • Identify cross‑selling opportunities with other RTS and Shamrock divisions.
  • Participate in strategic planning, market analysis, and penetration strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support launches and create sales tools.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and refine sales approaches.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of business development experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in solutions‑based sales over the phone and in person.
  • Experience managing high call volumes and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑product sales environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in comparative analysis.
  • Competitive spirit and drive to contribute to long‑term growth.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
