Retail Associate

Bonk is a design-driven clothing brand focused on limited-edition drops, quality construction, and strong visual identity. We operate online and in-store, with a growing retail presence. The kiosk at Oak Park Mall is a key touchpoint for new customers and brand exposure.

We are hiring a Retail Associate to run day-to-day operations at our kiosk. This role requires someone reliable, personable, and comfortable selling premium apparel in a fast-paced mall environment.

You will be the face of the brand.

• Open and close kiosk on scheduled shifts
• Engage customers proactively and convert traffic into sales
• Educate customers on product details, materials, and fit
• Process transactions using Shopify POS
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually sharp displays
• Track inventory and flag low stock
• Capture customer emails and encourage social follows
• Communicate daily sales and notes to ownership

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable initiating conversation with strangers
• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented with pride in presentation
• Interest in fashion, design, or streetwear culture is a plus
