• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to business needs to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand processes and specifications related to quality of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate department products using perpetual inventory; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience in the meat area; model high-quality service and products; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

• Maintain knowledge of products, support cross-functional collaboration, educate others, and provide flexible service to meet business needs; manage stock and shrinkage; assist customers as needed.
• Uphold product quality through understanding specifications and sanitation guidelines; ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience; use handheld devices for decision-making and training.
