Radiance:
Beautiful Skin is seeking a Part-Time Spa Coordinator to join our boutique, results-driven skincare studio in Downtown Overland Park.

As we celebrate nearly 12 years in business and continue to evolve with our Medical Director, we are looking for someone who values professionalism, consistency, growth, and long-term contribution.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, responsibility, relationship-building, and being an essential part of a small, high-performing team.

This position is part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week) and plays a vital role in the daily rhythm and growth of Radiance.

• Front desk and client experience coordination
• Scheduling and client management systems
• Full ownership of inventory management
• Social media coordination and contribution
• Client outreach and communication
• Marketing and promotional support
• Coordinating staff trainings and education schedules
• Event planning and coordination for in-studio and community events
• Supporting aestheticians with leadership presence and professionalism
• Time-off coordination
• Weekly cleaning and studio upkeep
• Protecting and contributing to a kind, respectful, and supportive culture
