Cosentino's Price Choppers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for Full Time, Hourly Space Allocation Specialist to optimize product placement and maximize sales within our stores. This role requires a strong understanding of space planning principles and the ability to effectively communicate. The Space Allocation Specialist will leverage their organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure efficient planogram execution and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Must be willing to travel to any of our 32 locations in both Kansas and Missouri. We do provide mileage reimbursement, excellent benefits, and paid training.

• Implement and maintain planograms for various product categories, ensuring alignment with company standards and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with category managers and store operations teams to implement planograms and address any space allocation challenges.
• Work with the team to complete projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraint.

• General knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer service.

• Experience in a retail environment, specifically in space allocation or merchandising roles.
