Space Allocation Specialist – Cosentino's Price Choppers (Full/Part Time)

Cosentino's Price Choppers is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual for a Full‑time, hourly Space Allocation Specialist to optimize product placement and maximize sales within our stores. This role requires a strong understanding of space planning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must be willing to travel to any of our 32 locations across Kansas and Missouri. We provide mileage reimbursement, excellent benefits, and paid training. Salary starts at $15.00 per hour.

• Implement and maintain planograms for various product categories, ensuring alignment with company standards and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with category managers and store operations teams to implement planograms and address any space allocation challenges.
• Work with the team to complete projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.

• General knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer service.

• Experience in a retail environment, specifically in space allocation or merchandising roles.
