Position Summary
The Cook will provide quality service and consistent products. This role will assist the Concessions Team with prep, shift needs, and daily upkeep of the park's concessions locations.
Primary Responsibilities- Cook and prepare food
- Serve food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature
- Maintain appearance of all equipment and serving counters
- Maintain inventory in the stock room
- Clean kitchen area before and after shifts, and during shifts as needed
- Scrub, sanitize, and store pots and pans, utensils, and dishes
- Perform other related duties as required
- Understand and follow both oral and written instructions
- Must be available on weekends, nights, and weekdays
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management skills
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred
- Serve Safe Certification is preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Significant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 5pm-11pm, with the possibility of additional hours
