Server - Part-Time

Overview

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living is offering a part-time, entry-level position that fits around a student’s schedule. This role emphasizes flexible after-school and weekend hours with no late nights. Compensation starts at $12.00 per hour.

Schedule:

3-4 shifts per week. This is a great opportunity for students, with scholarship opportunities available for those who qualify.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and tailoring recommendations to preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

• Be 16+ years old
• No experience required
• Have good communication skills
• Have a friendly and energetic attitude
• Have weekday and weekend availability
