We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together.

Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge and set the morale and tone. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team focuses on ensuring the quality of the food and beverages and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
