- Follow recipes to perfection.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our authentic Italian dishes.
- Process customer drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Uphold high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift trays up to 25 pounds.
- Bartenders earn $8/hour in wages and typically earn $20 $ 22/hour in weekly tip share.
