We’re hiring an experienced Operating Room RN to join a high‑performing surgical team in Overland Park, Kansas.

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating suite, ensuring necessary equipment and instruments are available and sterile.
• Assess patients preoperatively and provide education on the surgical process.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain safety and efficiency in every case.
• Monitor patient status throughout the perioperative process and respond quickly to changes.
• Document care thoroughly and communicate updates clearly to physicians and staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback on workflow and safety initiatives.

Required:

• Active RN license in Kansas or Compact State
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience (circulating or scrub)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• CNOR certification or other perioperative specialty credential
• Experience in large hospital or trauma center ORs

• Hourly Rate: $34 to $48 / hour, plus $4 differential for nights / weekends
