Compensation: $30.04 – $41.50/hr depending on experience
Differentials: $4.00/hr Nights, $4.00/hr Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 for Nights with 2-year commitment, $12,000 for Days with 2-year commitment
Relocation: Case by case
Overview
We are seeking a Cardiac Telemetry RN near Overland Park, KS. This unit provides specialized nursing care for post-cardiac surgery patients and those recovering from interventional procedures including stents, ablations, and device placements. Nurses also provide care for stroke and STEMI patients in a fast-paced Level I Trauma environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective care for cardiac and telemetry patients.
Interpret telemetry rhythms and act promptly on acute changes.
Provide post-op care for cardiac surgical and interventional cases.
Support patient and family education for recovery and long-term wellness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
QualificationsMissouri or Compact RN license required.
ADN or BSN in Nursing.
One year of recent acute care cardiac RN experience.
BLS certification at start; ACLS within 6 months.
Critical thinking and team collaboration skills.
