Shift: Nights | 3x12s (19:00–07:30) Unit: PCU | 30 beds | Avg Daily Census: 24–30 | Ratio: 1:6 Guaranteed
Hours:
3 shifts per 13 weeks Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience
• BLS required
• First-time travelers accepted
• CRRT preferred
Skills Required:
• Rapid Response Team participation
• IV insulin protocols
• Feeding tube care & management
• Pre/Post hemodialysis & renal failure care
• Blood product administration
• Central line, PICC, & peripheral line management
• IV starts
• CVA, neuro, spinal cord injury, TBI, ortho trauma care
• CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy, non-invasive airway management
• Tracheostomy care
• Isolation precautions
• Wound care/Wound VAC Assignment Details:
• Minimum 8 weekend shifts per 6 weeks
• Holidays if on scheduled days
• Floating may be required between units/departments/facilities
• No block scheduling
• Radius:
Must live 75+ miles from facility
• RTO:
Max 7 days Charting & Scrubs:
• EPIC
• Navy blue
