As a Wellness Nurse, you will support the health and wellness needs of residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods through:

• Providing high-quality nursing care during 12-hour day shifts
• Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes
• Collaborating with the Resident Services leadership team to ensure continuity of care
• Supporting care staff and offering clinical guidance throughout the shift
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following all state and community guidelines
• Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and associates

• ✔ Active LPN license (Kansas or Compact State)
• ✔ Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care strongly preferred
• ✔ Charge nurse experience highly preferred
• ✔ Commitment to resident-centered care
• ✔ Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• ✔ Reliability for 12-hour day shifts (6A–6P)
