• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
