This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three days per week. The successful candidate will be located in one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA;
Frisco, TX; or Overland Park, KS.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile for Business.
- Lead in-quarter and future-quarter planning, identify key product opportunities in the SMB segment, and ensure business growth plans are met.
- Lead special ad hoc analyses such as channel performance and recommend proposals to address competitive pressures while aligning offer strategy with sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Lead special analyses for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership to tell a customer-centric story.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, MBA, Business/Administration, Engineering, Science, Communications, Education, Management, Technical (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years of Marketing experience in software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)
Skills and Abilities
- Strong presentations and communications skills (presentation, written and verbal) (Required)
- Go-to-market strategy experience in defining and implementing go-to-market plans.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
