Our Inventory Assistant will report to the Purchasing Agent and be responsible for receiving, cycle counts, inventory counts and keeping track of inventory levels. This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.

What you will do:

• Maintains and monitors inventory levels and organization of supplies
• Manage monthly physical inventory counts and routine cycle counting, assisting with resolutions
• Ensure inventory discrepancies are identified, escalated and communicated to the Purchasing Agent
• Establish and manage inventory control procedures and best practices to manage the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory to meet day to day production targets, receive materials into ERP system
• Ensure supply locations are left in neat and orderly fashion
• Assist in purchasing materials as needed
• Assist in other areas as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

• MUST have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
