RPS Benefits By Design is seeking an experienced, driven, and visionary Sales Director to lead the launch and growth of our health insurance agency offering Medicare, ACA, and ancillary products
. This is a ground-floor leadership role for a proven sales professional who thrives on building something great from scratch and leading high-performance teams to exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the sales team for Medicare, ACA, and ancillary products
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-tier producers
  • Drive sales performance for both individual and team targets
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy leveraging exclusive lead flow channels
  • Ensure compliance with all CMS and state regulatory guidelines
  • Foster a high-performance, competitive, and collaborative sales culture
  • Work closely with executive leadership to shape agency growth and strategy
Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
  • Proven leadership experience in Medicare sales (management or director level)
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and strategic thinking skills
