• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations and building codes.
• Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quality laundry service as part of the maintenance operations.

• A passion for working with seniors and a flexible, energetic personality.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required.
• Minimum of one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior; excellent written and oral communication skills.
