Maintenance Technician

On Demand Technologies provides comprehensive production services and support for print workflow automation needs. Covering every aspect from order processing to product shipment, the company ensures seamless execution and integration of print applications.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at our location in Overland Park, KS for the day shift 6am to 2pm M-F (some overtime may be required from time to time as well as help covering a different shift/vacation). The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing maintenance and repair tasks.

The role also includes performing industrial activities to ensure optimal operation of all equipment and systems as well as keeping the facilities for our two buildings operational.

• Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance activities
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Relevant technical certifications or degree is a plus
