Salary Range
: $28-$30 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

• Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property
• Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members
• Follow up with all service requests
• Assist with supervision of Make-Ready (unit turning) program
• Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times
• Oversee completion of Preventive Maintenance Program and implement Price Brothers Safety program
• Consistently review the performance and activities of maintenance staff

• 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
• Knowledge of building trades and codes
• Previous experience with HVAC systems
• Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
• Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
• Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
