This includes completing necessary detail work in order to get homes ready for the scheduled orientation date, maintaining a standard of quality and professionalism to ensure a remarkable home-buying experience.

- Be prepared and able to complete ALL DETAILS ("fill the gap"): all caulking, paint touch-up, minor texture repairs, etc... and ANYTHING else that is not to Choice Management standards.
- Learn and adapt to new skills needed for the position.
- Develop an organizational system for yourself that allows you to be efficient and responsive.
- Communicate daily with the rest of the maintenance team.
- Inspect all work for quality and completion.
- Hold trade partners accountable to company quality standards as applicable.
- Communicate to the Maintenance Manager about progress, needs, and concerns.
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager.
JOB HOURS
- 40-45 hours per week (7:45am-5pm, M-F)
- Lunch meetings are occasionally required.
- After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips, events, or to meet deadlines.
- Travel occasionally required.
