Position: Sales Representative – Insurance Training Provided - Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro)

Overview

Launch your sales career with Steadily! We’re hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license required — we’ll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Steadily Insurance Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to grow insurance sales in the Kansas City metro.
  • Participate in training and licensing programs provided by Steadily.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals with uncapped commission structure.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    2+ years in a customer-facing role (insurance experience is a plus but not required).
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Strong computer skills, ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
  • Driven & Competitive:
    Motivated by sales goals and uncapped commission.
  • Self-Starter:
    Takes initiative and thrives under accountability.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: $80,000 - $175,000 total compensation with no cap on commission. Includes a higher than industry standard base salary of 60k.
  • Benefits:
    Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Equity, PTO.
  • Licensing:
    Steadily covers training and P&C licensing costs (including non-resident licenses).
