Commercial Agency Operations Manager

Arrowhead Automotive is looking for a Commercial Agency Operations Manager to join our team. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance by managing workflows, teammates, and resources. The key responsibilities for this position will include optimizing processes, implementing strategic initiatives, and providing training and support.

• Manages the agency’s day-to-day functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, including but not limited to:
  Agency Licensing Liaison, Agency Management System/IT Liaison, coordinating carrier appointments, and handling Agency Management System reporting, commissions, updates, and workflows
• Oversees mailroom operations and service-related activities handled by the Resource Pro Team.
• Develops and implements strategies and new processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service, while reducing costs.
• Ensures compliance with established agency workflows to maintain data accuracy and quality control.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement strategic initiatives, operational plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyzes performance metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manages the Training and Client Services Manager and Operations Specialist.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three to five years related experience in the insurance industry and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks and assignments in the required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Possess a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a
• Knowledge of a multi-line Property and Casualty coverage and
• Broad understanding of insurance policy, forms, and applications.
• Insurance agency experience preferred.
• Experience with an agency management system preferred.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License (required within 90 days of hire).
