Overview

This role supports continuous solution delivery by analyzing and delivering repeatable design artifacts using Dev Ops practices and tools. It translates business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system functions and enhancements. The role participates in functional scope analysis and detailed solution design to improve project efficiency and quality. Success is measured by the accuracy of technical documentation, effectiveness of solution designs, and communication of project status and risks.

The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling IT solutions that meet business needs and support operational teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Translate business requests into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system functions and enhancements
  • Participate in functional scope analysis and detailed solution design to improve project efficiency, speed, and quality
  • Maintain and communicate project risks, team activities, and project status to leadership and project managers
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop capability and technology roadmaps and investigate emerging strategic capabilities
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Related work experience. (Preferred)

Skills and Abilities
  • Software Development Proficient in modern software development, integration and delivery practices using Dev Ops and Agile methodologies (Required)

Base Pay Range: $69,000 - $124,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
