Power Platform Developer

iLabs is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our growing team of innovators focused on delivering impactful, user-centric business solutions. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing enterprise‑grade applications and automation tools that empower data‑driven decision‑making and streamline operations across departments.

• Develop and Implement Custom Solutions
  :
  Design, build, and deploy scalable business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to automate manual processes and improve efficiency across teams.
• Data Integration and Modeling
  :
  Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to structure and manage data for high‑performance applications. Ensure seamless integration between systems and data consistency across platforms.
• Data Analysis and Visualization
  :
  Create interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Translate complex datasets into clear, decision‑supporting visuals for stakeholders at all levels.
• Solution Design and Optimization
  :
  Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze challenges, define requirements, and design tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs. Continuously enhance existing applications based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with cross‑departmental teams to ensure developed solutions align with organizational goals and integrate smoothly with existing systems and workflows.
• Testing and Quality Assurance
  :
  Implement thorough testing practices to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of Power Platform solutions prior to deployment.

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong background in data modeling, business process automation, and system integration using Dataverse
• Proven experience in building Power BI dashboards that support executive‑level and operational decision‑making
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and iterative solution delivery
• Experience in gathering requirements, translating them into technical designs, and delivering user‑friendly solutions

• Strong testing and troubleshooting skills for enterprise‑grade applications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Maintain appropriate security clearance as required by the client
