Job Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position (Not a Remote Role)
Job Details: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Job OverviewJoin our team as an Amazon E-Commerce Analyst in our E-Comm Division, where your passion for exceptional service and positive attitude will make a significant impact. A main goal of this position is to focus on and grow our Amazon business.
Responsibilities- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
- Respond to all customer messages through Amazon Seller Central within a timely manner while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using Company ERP.
- Responsible for new product uploads to Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitoring and entering FBA replenishment orders to ensure that FBA inventory levels are always maintained.
- Monitoring Amazon marketing campaigns to maximize sales while staying within predetermined budget.
- Ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time through the Amazon Seller Central platform.
- Planning and suggesting sales we should be participating in depending on time of year.
- Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing tasks, particularly involving order management.
- Assist at the Warehouse and Decorating locations as needed.
- As workload demands, working over 40 hours a week as needed.
- Assist with setting up new product assortments for our current and future drop ship customers.
- Backup assistance for CSR team if extra help is needed.
- Updating and creating SOP’s and processes for job duties.
- Assist at the warehouse facility as needed during busy seasons.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.
- A desire to learn and grow within our organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficient with data entry
- Adaptability to embrace change and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
- Working knowledge of computers to successfully use Company ERP, Microsoft Windows, and Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
