As a QA Lead, you will join Turnberry’s Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

• Lead all aspects of QA including test planning, test execution, and coordination of UAT sessions
• Engage in design sessions to understand team structure, stakeholders, and overall test strategy for implementation
• Oversee system testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Mentor and guide QA Analysts on the project (not a formal reporting role but provide direction)
• Collaborate with the Director and business sponsors throughout the project lifecycle

• 10+ years of QA experience with strong knowledge of QA methodologies
• Expertise in manual testing (automation exposure is a plus)
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Experience coordinating UAT and SIT sessions

• HCM domain knowledge (People Soft, Oracle, or Workday)

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
