OverviewEvery consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a QA Lead, you will join Turnberry’s Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of QA including test planning, test execution, and coordination of UAT sessions
- Engage in design sessions to understand team structure, stakeholders, and overall test strategy for implementation
- Oversee system testing, SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Mentor and guide QA Analysts on the project (not a formal reporting role but provide direction)
- Collaborate with the Director and business sponsors throughout the project lifecycle
- 10+ years of QA experience with strong knowledge of QA methodologies
- Expertise in manual testing (automation exposure is a plus)
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Experience coordinating UAT and SIT sessions
- HCM domain knowledge (People Soft, Oracle, or Workday)
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
