• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with Netsmart's business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead migration and optimization of platforms in public cloud environments; champion Dev Ops best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Integrate AI-driven development approaches into product roadmaps to enhance performance and user experience.
• Oversee development of medication-related projects and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Manage distributed teams, including our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
• Operate effectively in a matrix organization, partnering with Product, Operations, and Client Success teams.
• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• 10+ years in software engineering leadership roles, with at least 3 years at VP or senior director level.
• Proven success in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience in healthcare technology strongly preferred.
• Prior experience leading teams across geographies, including India.
• Exposure to AI/ML development or integration into software products is highly desirable.
• Exceptional ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
