Accenture is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager in Technology Strategy located in Overland Park, Kansas. The role focuses on advising C‑suite executives on technology‑led business strategies that unlock value and drive growth. Responsibilities include crafting technology vision, leading thought leadership, and integrating AI tools to support decision‑making.

• Serve as trusted advisor to the C‑suite, defining strategy at the intersection of technology and business.
• Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise.
• Shape the role of technology within business strategies to capture market share.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities through detailed assessment of the current technology footprint.
• Drive strategic opportunities that incorporate innovative technologies into broader business transformations.
• Develop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies.
• Lead creation of thought‑leadership assets that present innovative insights, knowledge, and recommendations.
• Pressure‑test assumptions made by leadership teams, including AI‑generated insights, and validate AI‑assisted analysis with logic, experience, and domain knowledge.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Use critical judgement to determine when AI outputs are directionally useful versus unreliable.
• Lead team, project, and program delivery while supervising and mentoring full teams.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and serve as a trusted advisor for the C‑suite.
• Facilitate larger, more complex client stakeholder groups with tailored collaboration approaches.
• Travel up to 80%.

• Minimum 3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (Manager level) or 7 years for Senior Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operating‑model strategy, technology in M&A, or technology‑driven revenue growth strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases (7 years for Senior Manager).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams effectively (4 years for Senior Manager).
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients.
• Ability to synthesize information and deliver executive messaging.
