JobOverview
This role drives the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise‑wide, high‑impact IT initiatives that deliver billions of dollars in cost savings and efficiency improvements across T‑Mobile, often requiring alignment across multiple organizations and senior leaders without direct authority.
Operating with a strong product mindset, this role builds foundational capabilities and scalable operating models from concept to operational reality, often in greenfield or highly ambiguous environments.
The Principal Product Manager, Technical partners closely with IT, product, engineering, finance, and business leaders across the company to define vision, sequence investments, and drive adoption at scale.
While this role does not own a single customer‑facing product, it owns the outcomes of complex enterprise initiatives, driving alignment and execution across IT, finance, and business teams, with high visibility and executive attention.
Success is measured by measurable financial impact, sustained operational efficiency, and the ability to bring new capabilities to life across the organization.
Why this role mattersThis role is ideal for builders who thrive in ambiguity, are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and enjoy creating something from nothing.
The work is high stakes, highly visible, and requires influencing teams well beyond IT, including finance, operations, and business leadership, to drive lasting organizational and operational change.
The impact of this role is measurable, lasting, and central to T‑Mobile’s long‑term efficiency and modernization goals.
