Sr. Data Engineer

The
Sr Data Engineer
is responsible for designing, building, andmaintainingscalable data pipelines, infrastructure, and data visualization to support our data-driven decision-making processes. The scope of this job includes collaborating with data scientists, analysts, solutions partners, and other stakeholders to increase data quality, accessibility, and security.

• Create, develop,maintain, andleveragedata pipelines, data models, reporting, and dashboards to solve business problems or assigned tasks in coordination with multiple teams.
• Develop andmaintaindata solutions to enable new or existing solutions and BI development for the data warehouse and data visualization solutions.
• Enhance and document workflows for complex data-related challenges byidentifyingpatterns, trends, and anomalies in the data, andfindways tooptimizedata processing and storage to promote data quality through automation.
• Develop understanding of different Well Sky solutions and become a subject matterexpertisein the healthcare domain.
• Identify opportunities in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
• Adhere to Well Sky core values, ensure PHI data security, and adapt to changing BI technologies.
• Leverage
  
  AItools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 4-6years of relevant work experience
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience developing and supporting data pipelines and data warehouse solutions
• Experience with SQL Server data integration and ETL development (including SSIS or equivalent)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services, preferably within GCP environments

• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse development and management
• Experience with DBT for ELT/ETL processes, data modeling, testing, and documentation
• GCPexpertise, especially with Cloud SQL,Big Query, and Data Stream
• Experience with data replication tools such as HVR (or similar CDC/replication technologies)
• Experience supporting BI/reporting environments such as Tableau through well-modeled, performant datasets
• Healthcare industry experience

• Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed
• Must workin accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
