Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst
Join our team and play a key role in shaping innovative Workday solutions! You'll leverage your technical expertise to analyze, design, implement configurations that power Netsmart's operations and drive real associate impact day to day! This role will be onsite in our Overland Park, KS office and hybrid.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze and identify requirements for complex, highly integrated business systems
- Complete complex operational system configurations to create standard offering solutions for the business in partnership with system administrators and developers
- Research and provide business users guidance on best practices for application use and workflows
- Independently execute unit and integration testing; facilitate system testing and user acceptance
- Resolve application problems and troubleshoot end user issues
- Research, scope and deliver business system reporting based on advanced understanding of capabilities and limitations
- Accountable for periodic audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of Workday experience
- At least 3 year of work experience analyzing and reporting data
- At least 3 year of work experience leveraging reporting tools, techniques, and related data from multiple systems and sources
- Proficient in end user systems documentation
- Ability and willingness to work in multi-platform environment
- Proficient in form and workflow design
Preferred
- Workday configuration experience across one or more Workday Modules such as HCM, Security, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.
- Knowledge of underlying data structure and workflow capabilities of SaaS applications
- This position may require availability outside of standard business hours.
