Sr Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong project management foundation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. A PMP certification is required, and experience in cybersecurity projects is strongly preferred.

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful project outcomes.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues; elevate effectively when necessary.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure continuous learning.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.
• Partner with technical teams, including engineering and cybersecurity, to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification (required).
• 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive proactive resolution.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities.

• Experience delivering projects in cybersecurity.
• Experience implementing or improving project management processes, tools, or methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with cross-functional global or remote teams.
