Propio Language Services delivers high‑quality language solutions across healthcare, education, and government. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own new client accounts, managing onboarding, training, and change management to ensure successful implementation, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities- Project Support & Coordination: develop and manage project plans for client onboarding, schedule tasks, and track progress.
- Client Onboarding Support: gather client needs, collect data, and align services accordingly.
- Training Assistance: create training materials and deliver sessions to clients and internal teams.
- Change Management Support: collaborate on user communications and documentation to facilitate adoption.
- Solution Research & Recommendation: analyze discovery data to recommend solutions that fit language‑access and integration needs.
- Go‑Live Coordination: plan logistics for onsite training, coordinating with schedulers and end users.
- Process Improvement Support: identify and document process improvement opportunities.
- Industry Awareness: stay informed about language‑service trends and best practices.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
work with Sales, Client Success, Product, and other teams. - Client Management and Support: provide level‑1 support for new and existing clients, escalating as needed.
- Value Enablement: support delivery of services that help clients realize value quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of application implementation experience.
- Proactive problem‑solving and solution‑finding skills.
- Client‑facing experience across varied industries.
- Primary technical contact/expert during implementations.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Preferred healthcare experience in language access or patient experience.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
