We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Specialist to join our Integration Competency Center. The ideal candidate will manage and design integration solutions across various platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

• Lead and manage integration efforts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality results.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using industry‑standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Maintain and enhance existing integration solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest integration technologies and best practices to streamline processes.

• Proficiency in integration platforms such as Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Azure Integration Services, Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Boomi, or APIs, web services, XML, JSON, etc.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Experience with cloud‑based integration platforms and services is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in integration development and management.

Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
