About the Role

  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Workday Financials Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay solutions.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to HR and Finance leaders on Finance, Analytics, Planning, and HR cloud solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end solution architecture, cloud-based data-reporting operations, and cross-functional integration of finance, analytics, planning, and HR functions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
  • Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies.
  • Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships.
  • Lead workshops for client education.
  • Manage resources, budget, and status on client projects.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution.
  • Lead, mentor, counsel, and manage performance metrics of project staff.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
  • Architect Workday Financials Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay solutions to ensure cohesive work streams and mitigate cross-functional impacts.
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.
Qualifications
  • Workday Financials Partner Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials S2P/P2P experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience.)
Bonus Points
  • Proficiency in multiple business processes: FDM, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.
  • Experience leading global and/or Large Enterprise Workday engagements.
  • Thrives in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with leading Cloud‑based SaaS financial application implementation (Oracle E‑Business Suite, Net Suite, Infor, Unit4, People Soft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.).
  • Advanced degree in the area of specialization.
Travel

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

  • Massachusetts $73,800 to $201,300
  • Minnesota $73,800 to $189,000
  • New York/New Jersey $68,300 to $218,800
  • Washington $78,500 to $201,300
