Financial Analyst

We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to support accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.

This role sits at the intersection of payroll operations, compliance, and analytics, partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll vendors.

It’s a great fit for someone with strong payroll fundamentals who’s had exposure to international or multi-country environments and enjoys working in a detail-driven, fast-paced setting.

Overland Park, KS

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries and regions, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
• Partner with global payroll vendors, auditors, and benefits providers to maintain compliance and service quality
• Ensure adherence to local, federal, and international payroll laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards
• Maintain and audit payroll data including salaries, benefits, deductions, and tax information
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and metrics for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, automation, and internal controls
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth data flow and policy alignment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of payroll experience, with global or multi-country payroll exposure strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws
• Hands-on experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP (Global View), Workday, SAP, Oracle
  , or similar
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working across time zones
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (certifications like CPP, IPP, CIPP, or GPMI are a plus)
