Location:

Colby, Kansas

Dates:  September 14 - ongoing

PRN Dates Available:  April 13-19, May 11-22, May 25-June 5, 8-12, 13, 14, (call), 15-19, 22-28, July 20-26, August 22-28, August 31-September 11. Future dates TBD

Schedule:

7am-3pm

Call:  3pm-7am (every other night, weekend in between)

Cases:  Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, ENT, General, Ortho, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry

Additional Details

All CRNA practice

Provider must be enrolled in KS Patient Comp fund

Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (TAP, Interscalene & Adductor Canal, PECS 17 2, Central Lines)
