Job Description
Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas is looking for a Radiology Supervisor. This multi‑skilled role is essential for ensuring accountability within the assigned department and advocating for the growth and development of work teams.
Shift- Full‑Time Days
- Ensuring quality care and service while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Managing personnel functions such as supervising, hiring, discipline, coaching, performance management, and staffing.
- Assisting leadership with decision‑making and daily operations, including budget preparation and maintenance.
- Collaborating with patients, customers, families, physicians, administration, and employees to fulfill customer needs in a patient‑focused and healing environment.
- Supporting the Radiology Manager in managing the Radiology department, which includes CT, Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound, as well as community hospital imaging services.
- Overseeing staffing schedules for the South Radiology/CT and community hospitals, and managing supply ordering, budget management, and daily operations.
Applicable
Experience:
- Less than 1 year American Registry of Rad. Tech. (ARRT) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
- Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Licensed Radiologic Tech L.R.T. (KS) – Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
- Associate Degree
