Position Overview

This position works under the direction of the Director of Strategy and Integration. Coordinates hospital activities concerned with admissions and registration. Supervises Inpatient Admissions Coordinator(s). Works closely with Clinical and Physician Navigators to direct physician referrals and conversions and resolve customer service concerns. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training

High school diploma and three years transferable experience.

Experience

Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare admissions/ registration setting; some supervisory experience preferred.
