Full-Time | In-Clinic Setting | Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Willow ABA Services is seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of a Clinical Director (BCBA) and provide clinic-based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum in Lenexa, KS. BCBAs assist clients by developing meaningful goals, creating intervention plans for RBTs and families, and mentoring staff and caregivers. BCBAs act in accordance with the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards and supervise and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs to ensure alignment with Willow guidelines, HIPAA regulations, the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and other regulatory bodies.

- Consult with essential team members about client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming; implement client plans and modify as needed; assist with client accommodations and social skills instruction
- Prepare and facilitate on-the-job staff training and program modeling for non-RBTs pursuing certification and for already certified RBTs
- Oversee and provide consultation to Willow staff regarding client programming
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming; assess progress and modify programming as necessary
- Coordinate communication between clients’ parents, caregivers, and guardians; family members; and the client’s school and other service providers
- Ensure timely completion of program modifications, materials, progress reports, and graphed data
- Ensure behavioral strategies are implemented consistently across clinical systems and settings
- Develop data-tracking mechanisms and reporting strategies for clinical information
- Attend client team meetings as needed; participate in presenting client progress
- Act as an active training member for directors, including onsite staff training, initial employee orientation, and clinical staff meetings
- Ensure staff proficiency in implementing ABA programming with reliable and scientifically rigorous methods
- Answer questions about ABA principles and demonstrate proficiency on evaluations for essential BCBA skills
- Provide ongoing supervision of one-to-one direct ABA treatment programming
- Conduct regular medical documentation audits for all clients
- Other duties as required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Competency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Experience with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting (preferred); in-home acceptable
- Ability to supervise staff in school to become a BCBA
- Creative and organized; strong work ethic
- Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies
- Experience with Central Reach (highly desired)
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workplace
- Effective communication with staff and administration; excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented leadership
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Desire to work with diverse clients across ages and abilities
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
