Schedule: Part-Time Nights

Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am, Rotate every 3rd weekend

Location: 9100 W 74TH ST, SHAWNEE MISSION, Kansas 66204

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe patients to detect behavior patterns and report observations and concerns to the registered nurse or behavioral health clinician.
• Implement patient-centered care and trauma-informed care.
• Create and support a therapeutic environment for safe treatment implementation.
• Perform observation rounds on assigned patients, documenting in real time to detect behavior patterns.
• Utilize clear and positive communication skills to assess and provide therapeutic intervention for patients' and families' needs and concerns.

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Technical/Vocational School education
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range: $16.26 – $26.02 per hour
