• Assists in the delivery of patient care by performing tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately performs vital signs and documents in the electronic medical record.
• Documents all procedures accurately and in accordance with department policy.
• Performs duties and patient care according to policy and procedure.
• Functions appropriately within scope in clinical emergencies and participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities, supporting quality standards and initiatives.
• Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certified (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

$16.26 – $26.02 per hour
