Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager, International to lead and manage complex global tax matters. The position will focus on complex cross border issues like M&A, transfer pricing, foreign E&P, GILTI/NCTI, foreign tax credits and limitations, permanent establishment, and expatriate taxation while partnering closely with finance, legal, and business teams to support strategic growth.

Duties and Responsibilities Strategy and Planning:
  • Lead international tax planning initiatives to optimize tax structure and M&A, including transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, withholding taxes, and repatriation strategies
  • Provide guidance on cross-border transactions, M&A activity, and restructurings
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Oversee tax compliance for international aspects of U.S. tax law such as GILTI/NCTI, U.S. and foreign E&P, FTCs, 5471s, and 8858s
  • Direct and review quarterly and annual international income tax provisions
  • Perform and direct annual management fee analysis and calculation
  • Responsibility for OECD Pillar Two compliance and global minimum tax analysis across multinational operations
Research and Documentation:
  • Monitor and interpret changes in global tax legislation and assess business impact
  • Support tax audits and controversy matters related to international operations
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Partner with transfer pricing teams to ensure alignment between tax strategy, documentation, and operational reality
  • Advise senior management and internal teams on the Company’s international tax opportunities and exposures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field (Master’s in Tax or JD preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive tax experience, with a strong focus on international tax
  • Public accounting experience (Big 4 or large national firm) preferred
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. international tax rules and global tax frameworks
  • Experience with ASC 740 and multinational tax provisions
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Multinational corporate environment preferred
  • Transfer pricing planning and documentation preferred
  • E&P, FTC and, GILTI/NCTI preferred
  • M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration preferred
  • Exposure to Pillar Two / global minimum tax initiatives preferred
  • ERP and tax technology systems (e.g., One Source, SAP, Microsoft Product Suite) preferred
