Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions has been engaged in an exclusive search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a high‑growth, privately held organization headquartered in the Overland Park, KS area. This role sits on a highly visible finance and analytics team and partners closely with senior business leaders to drive strategic decision‑making and operational improvements. The position offers exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

• Partner directly with business leaders to analyze performance, evaluate strategic objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial models supporting growth initiatives, forecasting, and long‑range planning
• Develop and deliver performance reporting and KPI dashboards used by senior leadership
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations through variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad‑hoc financial reviews
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing leadership to support business initiatives
• Support process improvements and analytical enhancements aligned with company growth targets
• Prepare clear, concise financial materials and presentations for leadership and executive audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Prior experience partnering with senior leaders strongly preferred
• Self‑starter with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast‑growth environment
