The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, and the ability to provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision‑making.
- Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for financial and operational metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within reporting systems.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with One Stream is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial consolidation tools preferred.
- Familiarity with data modeling and business intelligence best practices preferred.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders preferred.
