Financial Representative

Modern Woodmen of America, a member-owned fraternal benefit society, has been enhancing the quality of life for families and communities since 1883. Combining financial services with community-focused programs, we provide life insurance, retirement planning, and other financial solutions to nearly 700,000 members nationwide. This is a full-time position located in Overland Park, KS and Kansas City, MO. The Financial Representative will work with individuals and families to address their financial planning, investment, insurance, and retirement needs. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess financial goals, providing tailored financial advice, creating and implementing plans, and offering ongoing guidance and support. Financial Representatives are also expected to stay up-to-date on financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong expertise in time management and high level of relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet clients' needs and organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred but no required.
• Previous experience in financial services or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Life and Health, Series 6, Series 7 is a plus if already obtained.
