• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Retail banking experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22/hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
